Jennifer Lemond

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Lemond has over 20 years of diversified financial experience with a primary focus on the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Svelte in 2018, Mrs. Lemond’s most recent position was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Supply Chain.  During her career at Johnson & Johnson, Mrs. Lemond held roles of increasing responsibility in the Medical Devices Sector, Pharmaceutical Sector, Consumer Sector and in the Corporate Supply Chain organization.  Her financial experience included roles in Sales & Marketing, Research and Development, Licensing & Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain and Financial Reporting.  She maintained a notable focus across multiple roles on compliance, including financial compliance, contract compliance and government compliance.  She began her career as an auditor in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young and has earned a Process Excellence Blackbelt.

Mrs. Lemond graduated from Georgetown University where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  She is a CPA in New York and New Jersey.
